Summary

Serrf is an internal application designed and developed to manage all aspects of day-to-day company operations for customer service, the finance department, the warehouse, and inventory. I worked with stakeholders to brainstorm new process ideas and additional functionality. I conducted employee interviews, surveys, and user testing. Collaborated with engineers to code frontend and rapid prototyping.
